You can simply choose to Return/Refund & Exchange your purchase online in the convenience of your home, or you can always Return/Refund & Exchange your order at your nearest store!

Returns

 

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case you will return online, you can either create a return request or call our customer care 01505378178 to create one for you. Once you/they do, you will receive a confirmation email.
Next, our courier will contact you to pick up your item(s)

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you through email or phone that we have received your returned item(s).
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, in case you have paid using a bank card (debit or credit), the amount will be refunded directly on your card.
If you pay using cash on delivery method, the amount will be refunded to your electronic/online wallet.
